SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER 2011

September/October 2011
Dear laborers of the Harvest,
COLOMBIA
The HMI Bible Schools in Aracataca and Reten are doing great! The schools are not only a blessing to the students but also the teachers. The students have such soft andpliable hearts that make them a joy to teach and minister to.
In 2005 HMI had their first Bible school in Pelaya, Colombia. Pelaya has about 13,000 people and we thought we would have the maximum of 2 schools in this small town. But that was not the plan of God. As we walked in obedience to what we knew to do He continued to reveal more of His plan. At the end of this year we will have graduated 18 schools in 8 different towns since 2005 and 7 of those schools were in Pelaya.  Just look what God has done!
VENEZUELA
In August & September HMI had 93 people receive Jesus as their Savior. 59 saved on the Farm Churches, 30 saved in Tinacoa Indian Village, 4 saved in Japreria India Village.
One of the Japreria Indian children’s Mother was in the hospital with pneumonia and the child went to the hospital and prayed for her and she was healed. The mother was so amazed by the prayer of her daughter.   Many children in Japreria give testimonies of praying for parents or other family members and them being healed. The kids learned God answers prayer in Children’s Church. The kids have been healed when they have been prayed for. They have prayed for concerns and seen God answer their prayers. They believe the Word and act on it.
The Farm Churches are a great blessing to the men on the farms. Many are being saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. They are being healed and seeing prayer answered. The men in the Farm Churches and the other places we go are healed of different things. Sometimes they are healed instantly of a headaches, flu, cold, disease, broken bones, pain gone, fever gone, & other things. Regardless of what the people were healed or delivered from they know that it was God manifesting Himself to them. God uses it to show people He is real and they receive Jesus as their Savior. Sometimes it is to encourage them and let them know He loves them.
We have not shared the following testimony but we believe this is the timing of God. There are people reading this letter that need to be encouraged.
About 3 years ago Alberto, a friend, was in intensive care in the hospital in Maracaibo for over 4 weeks with pneumonia. HMI had been praying for him and he continued to get worse until the doctor was concerned that he might not live long. We went to visit him and we both went into his room and Marcia had to leave because of the strict rules. Seale prayed for him and we visited with the family and left. The next day the report was that he was out of intensive care and expecting to come home that week. We were all so thankful to God for His healing Alberto.
Alberto tells everyone that when Seale prayed for him he felt life began to come into his body. Alberto was a town alcoholic and that is how most people knew him. He has been FREE of alcohol since he was healed.  He has opened a business in town and dating a college professor. He is a faithful member of Church of the Harvest.   Whenever Seale is in his store he always tells the people that this is the man that prayed for me. We give God all the glory!
Alberto was raised in a Christian home. His family and others had prayed and the family had cried, especially his mom, for at least 20 years over Alberto, who is now in his forties. They would get discouraged because Alberto was not delivered but they did not give up. They knew God’s Word and put their trust in Him. They reaped the fruit of there prayers, certainly not as quick as they wanted but nevertheless they saw Alberto healed, delivered, and living a productive life. They are such a witness to all of us IF we don’t give up we will reap the fruit of our prayers.
Alberto did not have the money to pay his very large hospital bill. He and his family prayed for help and the debt was paid. God is faithful and He cares about us. Keep praying and expecting and don’t give up.
The Farm Churches, Japreria Indian Village Churches, Tinacoa Indian Village, Haydee’s Children’s cell group, Church of the Harvest, missionary Pastor Rafael and 7 Indian Villages, and the Bible Schools in Aracataca, Colombia and Reten, Colombia are flourishing under the care of our HMI ministers.
Marcia had a total knee replacement on October 18 and is doing well. Thank you for praying for her and please continue praying for a quick recovery. Thank you! We plan to return to Venezuela/Colombia in January.
We thank God for you each of you. We’re so thankful God has put us together to accomplish His plan for Venezuela and Colombia. It takes all of us working together and doing our part in the Body to accomplish the things of the Kingdom.  Thank you! Please pray for us personally for physical and mental stability and for an increase in finances, partners and laborers for the work of the ministry. Thank you!
                                                                                              In His service,
                                                                                         Seale & Marcia Price
